There is not way of verifying this information, but it says this on the website.
Is Soylent healthy for everyday consumption? It can’t be argued that there can be some benefits to consuming Soylent. There are similar drinks available for the same purpose, and there are usually no serious issues associated with their use. If there are any issues, it’s usually directly related to allergic reactions to one or some of the ingredients in the product.
Attention should be drawn to the marketing tactics used to promote it. It is never safe to go without a healthy meal for a significant period of time, especially to lose weight. The marketing of Soylent might make many people feel like they don’t need food, just Soylent.
